What the factory side supports

The site is built for bulk buyers who need roll material before making covers, bags, liners, ground cover, pallet protection or industrial packaging. The key supply range includes PP/PE woven fabric rolls, PE laminated tarpaulin rolls, UV treated ground cover rolls, construction cover rolls and industrial packaging woven rolls.

The practical work starts before quotation. Buyers should send target GSM, roll width, roll length, coating requirement, color, UV requirement, estimated quantity and destination port. This helps avoid quoting a roll that looks correct by color but does not match the buyer’s own converting, packing or outdoor-use plan.

Production and inspection focus

Factory discussion should focus on roll stability, coating adhesion, tensile strength, fabric appearance, roll diameter and packing method. For tarpaulin conversion and truck cover applications, we supply roll material only. Finished cover cutting, sewing, welding, eyelet work and installation are handled by the buyer or converter, so roll width, coating adhesion and finished cover size should be reviewed before quotation.

For agricultural ground cover, UV target, water permeability, guide lines and roll width are important. For industrial packaging, clean appearance, tensile strength, wrapping tension and export packing are usually more important than color alone.

Export support before shipment

For international buyers, roll packing and loading method should be confirmed before bulk production is finished. Depending on the roll diameter and unloading plan, rolls may be wrapped, palletized or loaded as loose rolls. Container loading discussion can reduce misunderstandings before shipment.
